FAQ


What type of items would I receive?

Our Premium Box will be packed with 5-8 items including shirts, dresses, separates, shoes, jewelry, accessories or gift cards (Value up to $300). 

Our Essential Box will be packed with 3-4 items including shirts, dresses, separates, shoes, jewelry, accessories or gift cards (Value up to $200).

Every month is a surprise!


When do I receive my box?

All packages ship on the 2nd week of the month. Your package takes 3~5 days to arrive after the notification email. 

Shipping takes a few days longer for Canada and International orders. Please note the Spring box will have a different schedule. 


How much is shipping?

All U.S. order shipping is $4.95. Shipping to Canada is $13, and all other international shipping is $19.95. 


Can I buy individual Items?

Yes. You can buy any individual item in our shop. We have special discounted price only for My Fashion Crate subscribers.


When I sign up do I have to commit for a certain length of time?

Our subscription renews every month but you can either skip a box or cancel at any time. Simply login to your account. 

 

When will you charge for my subscription each month?

When you sign up we will charge your card immediately for your first box, then you will be charged on the 15th of each month.  

If you sign up before the 5th of any month, we will ship your box during the second week of that month. If you subscribe on the 5th or after you will receive your first box the following month. 


Can I return or exchange items?

The content of each month's package is carefully curated, so we do not allow returns or substitutions of any kind. If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to give gift to your friends and family. 

If you receive a box with damaged/defective product, incomplete contents, or require a size exchange - please email us within 15 days of your processing date. You can send the item back to us using trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange.
